Legislative Budget and Finance Committee 

The Legislative Budget and Finance Committee is the reseach and study arm of the Pennyslvania Legislature.  In 2005 the Committee released a perfomance audit of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' execution of its charge to provide OHV rider training and facilities.
